We send all of our packages via Royal Mail, either Standard or Express delivery, depending on your choice at checkout. For the time being, we're trialling two postage & packaging costs and will be asking for your feedback on whether we've got the right balance.

We’re just starting up, so for the time being, we can only ship to mainland UK. We’re planning a more fully fledged service from September 2021 so if you’re lucky enough to live in a sunnier clime than Old Blighty, please check us out in a few months’ time.

We hope that you’ll be truly delighted by the goods you buy at Different Kind. If the product is damaged or faulty, please contact us at returns@thedifferentkind.com and we’ll deal with it promptly and fairly. You can read our full policy here.

Finding great products is at the heart of what we do -- we scan across businesses and categories to find well-designed, well-made, well-intentioned products. We look behind the label and dig into how the products are made, and how the companies making them are playing their part in the change they want to see in the world.

We don’t pretend to know it all or be where we need to be, we are working on it alongside our Producers and our customers.

Simply put, if a product is on here, we think it’s a Different Kind of product and we think more people should know about it.
